AMAÇ: Hastanemizin poliklinik ve yatan hastalarından gönderilen balgam, bronkoalveolar lavaj, parasentez, vb. örneklerden izole edilen Pseudomonas aeruginosa (n=15), Klebsiella pneumoniae (n=11) ve Escherichia coli (n=5) suşlarının meropenem, sefepim ve ofloksasin’e karşı duyarlılıkları E-testi ve disk difüzyon yöntemleri ile ölçüldü.
YÖNTEMLER: Buna göre, E-testi ile Pseudomonas aeruginosa meropeneme %73, ofloksasine %53, sefepime %67, Klebsiella pneumoniae sırasıyla %100, %91, %82 ve Escherichia coli her üç antibiyotiğe %60 duyarlı bulunmuştur.
BULGULAR: Disk difüzyon yöntemi ile Pseudomonas aeruginosa meropeneme %73, ofloksasine %47, sefepime %53,
SONUÇ: Klebsiella pneumoniae sırasıyla %100, %91, %82 ve Escherichia coli her üç antibiyotiğe %80 duyarlı bulunmuştur.
OBJECTIVE: The sensitivities of some of Pseudomonas aeruginosa (n=15), Klebsiella pneumoniae (n=11) and Escherichia coli (n=5) isolated from the sputum, bronchoalveolar lavage, paracentesis fluid specimen etc., sent from patients of our hospitals clinic and hospitalized patients, were measured against meropenem, cefepim and ofloxacin by E-Test and disc diffusion methods.
METHODS: According to this, it's found that on the E-Test, Pseudomonas aeruginosa is sensitive
73% to meropenem 53% to ofloxacin, 67% to cefepim, Klebsiella pneumoniae was sensitive 100%, 91%, 82% and Escherichia coli was sensitive 60% to each three antibiotics.
RESULTS: By the method of disc diffusion, it is found that Pseudomonas aeruginosa was sensitive 73% to meropenem, 47% to ofloxacin, 53% to cefepim,
CONCLUSION: Klebsiella pneumoniae is sensitive in order to 100%, 91%, 82% and Escherichia coli is sensitive %80 to each three antibiotics.
